Installation, electrical quick connectors

We recommend installing pole elements with the use of the tool and the steel strip as shown in the picture. Proper installation ensures safe operation at a maximum wind speed of 13.8 m/s for openwork elements and 10.7 m/s for the mat-filled elements /see the manual for details/. When removing elements equipped with screwed steel holders, having unscrewed the fastening screws,remove the aluminium frame from the sling, leaving the holder on the pole, which significantly shortensreinstallation.

Cross street and building front decorations should be mounted on suspension ropes with the use of carabiners and anchoring cables / carabiners are supplied on request / or attached to the facade with screws and screws and expansion sleeves.

For electrical connection of pole elements mounted on steel or composite poles, we recommend the use of the quick connectors presented in the photos. Sets include: element power cord with plug, pole cable with socket and socket cap. The sets are supplied on request.  Electrical quick connectors are rated as IP66 /Index of Protection/and greatly shorten decoration installation time.

All LED elements have their own protection system in the form of a flat blow fuse / motor vehicle type / 2A, 5A or greater, located in the electrical box. This solution makes fuse replacement very simple.

In all elements,  cables enter the box from below or from the side. During installation, elements must not be turned in a manner as to allow for penetration of water into the box. This can cause a short-circuit, damage the element and consequently void the manufacturer's warranty.
